总结了射频热凝臭氧消融与药物联合应用治疗腰椎间盘突出症的护理经验。护理措施包括术前准备、术前心理护理、术中护理、术后生活护理、严密观察生命体征、预防并发症、功能锻炼以及出院指导。认为积极开展综合的围手术期护理干预,有利于提高腰椎间盘突出症患者的治疗效果,同时能加速患者术后康复,有效改善患者的临床症状。
Summarized the nursing experience of radiofrequency thermal coagulation ozone ablation and drug combination treatment of lumbar disc herniation. Nursing measures include preoperative preparation, preoperative psychological care, intraoperative care, postoperative care, close observation of vital signs, prevention of complications, functional exercise and discharge guidance. It is considered that actively carrying out comprehensive perioperative nursing intervention is beneficial to improving the therapeutic effect of patients with lumbar disc herniation and at the same time accelerating postoperative rehabilitation and effectively improving the clinical symptoms of patients.
