作者对曼氏血吸虫进行了实验研究,以期检测:1)虫体蛋白中是否存在雌二醇和/或蜕皮类固醇结合蛋白;2)DNA结合蛋白是否存在类固醇受体的结构特征;3)三苯氧胺(雌激素拮抗剂)能否影响虫卵的发育。 激素结合试验:成虫核蛋白匀浆上清与~3H-17-β-雌二醇共同孵育,液体闪烁计数。雌二醇与雌、雄虫提取物的平均结合量分别为5.8fmol/毫克蛋白和4.1fmol/毫克蛋白,二者无统计学差异。以20-羟-蜕皮激素作竞争结合试验,~3H-17-β-雌二醇与雌、雄虫提取物的结合量增加了数倍,作者认为这是一种别构效应。结果提示曼氏血吸虫体内存在类固醇受体。
