Since the formal introduction of public consultation on January 7, 2009, the Outline of the National Plan for the Reform and Development of Medium and Long-Term Education (the “Plan”) has drawn wide public concern in the community. The Outline of the Plan is the first outline of education in our country since the 21st century. It is a comprehensive plan and plan for education reform and development in the next 12 years. Our country is a unified multi-ethnic socialist country. Ethnic education is an important part of our education. The development of ethnic education is to promote common unity and progress among all ethnic groups and to promote common prosperity and development.
