以环氧树脂、苯乙烯、丙烯酸丁酯为主要原料,通过乳液接枝聚合制备了环氧树脂共聚物乳液,讨论了乳化体系和环氧树脂型号及用量对乳液稳定性及涂膜性能的影响,对接枝聚合过程进行了分析。结果表明:采用阳-非离子乳化体系(R303∶OP-10=3∶1)、液体状的E-51环氧树脂,可以获得收率高、稳定性好的共聚乳液;E-51添加量超过40%时,乳液的稳定性明显下降;聚合过程主要以接枝反应为主,同时伴有开环反应发生。
Epoxy resin, styrene and butyl acrylate as main raw materials, epoxy resin copolymer emulsion was prepared by emulsion graft polymerization. The effects of emulsification system and epoxy resin type and dosage on emulsion stability and coating performance were discussed , The graft polymerization process was analyzed. The results show that the copolymerization emulsion with high yield and good stability can be obtained by the liquid E-51 epoxy resin with the cationic-nonionic emulsifying system (R303: OP-10 = 3: 1) More than 40%, the stability of the emulsion decreased significantly; the main polymerization process grafting reaction, accompanied by ring-opening reaction occurred.
