在新形势下,事业单位的财务管理应该和外部环境的市场体系相适应。我国事业单位的财务管理工作在实践中出现很多问题,通常是在财务基础工作和资产运行管理等方面表现出来的。本文通过对事业单位财务管理存在的问题进行详细探讨和论证,并分析了导致财务管理制度发展受到制约的主要因素。提出了将部门预算管理强化和促进资产管理等解决问题的方法,希望能够促进事业单位的经济发展。
Under the new situation, the financial management of public institutions should be compatible with the market environment of the external environment. In our country, the financial management of public institutions has many problems in practice, usually manifested in the basic work of finance and the management of assets. This article discusses and argues the problems existing in the financial management of public institutions in detail, and analyzes the main factors that restrict the development of the financial management system. Proposed to strengthen the departmental budget management and promote asset management and other methods to solve the problem, hoping to promote the economic development of institutions.
