本文分析了20例鼻咽癌的CT表现,发现肿瘤不仅直接向各壁和周围邻近组织发展蔓延外,而且咽旁间隙受侵并与颈淋巴结转移有密切关系。分析了下组颅神经损害与颈动脉鞘区受累的关系。
This article analyzes the CT findings of 20 cases of nasopharyngeal carcinoma and found that the tumor not only directly to each wall and the surrounding tissue development and spread, but also the parapharyngeal space invasion and cervical lymph node metastasis are closely related. The relationship between cranial nerve damage and carotid sheath involvement was analyzed.
