目的:观察白噪声对畸变产物耳声发射输入输出函数曲线(I/O)影响,探讨其临床应用价值。方法:检测临床患者61例,包括单纯性耳鸣不伴有听力下降患者32例;以低频听力下降为主的耳聋患者27例;蜗后病变2例。结果:耳鸣患者中21例、低频感音神经性聋中19例及蜗后病变2例的对侧抑制现象消失。结论:对侧抑制现象对于耳鸣的病因学探讨、低频感音神经性聋的定位及蜗性蜗后性病变的鉴别上都具有重要的临床应用价值。同时也可看出I/O曲线在临床应用上更直观、准确。
Objective: To observe the effect of white noise on the distortion of the otoacoustic emissions input-output function curve (I / O), and to explore its clinical value. Methods: Totally 61 clinical patients were examined, including 32 cases of simple tinnitus without hearing loss, 27 cases of deafness with low-frequency hearing loss, and 2 cases of retrocochlear lesions. Results: Contralateral suppression disappeared in 21 cases of tinnitus patients, 19 cases of low frequency sensorineural hearing loss and 2 cases of retrocochlear lesions. CONCLUSIONS: The contralateral suppression phenomenon has an important clinical value in the etiological exploration of tinnitus, the localization of low-frequency sensorineural deafness and the identification of cochlear venereal lesions. Can also see the I / O curve in clinical application more intuitive and accurate.
