三坐标测量是车身CAD的必要环节之一,然而,现有的测量机所提供的点到点测量系统的功能并不完善,尚不能满足车身CAD的要求。本文除对测量中所开发的二次补偿采点做进一步的理论探讨外,又针对车身表面特征,在该采点方法的基础上,创编了适用于各种车身表面的通用测量程序库。通过5年多的实际应用表明,采用该方法既可以提高测量精度,又可使测量效率提高二倍。
Coordinate measurement is one of the necessary parts of the body CAD. However, the existing point-to-point measurement system provided by the measuring machine is not perfect and can not meet the requirements of the body CAD. In addition to the further exploration of the secondary compensation points developed in the survey, this paper also designs a universal measuring library suitable for all kinds of body surfaces based on the characteristics of body surface. After more than five years of practical application, this method can not only improve the measurement accuracy but also improve the measurement efficiency by two times.
