用氯仿∶甲醇(4∶1,体积比)萃取喜树内生真菌X65和X20的发酵液,并用GC-MS联用分析其非极性和极性馏分。结果表明:从上述菌株发酵物中共鉴定出88种挥发性化学成分;其中,非极性馏分60种,主要是烷烃(25种)及霍烷类(15种),其相同组分33种;极性馏分28种,饱和脂肪酸15种,不饱和脂肪酸11种,共有组分15种。菌株X65的极性馏分以饱和脂肪酸类化合物为主,而菌株X20是以不饱和脂肪酸化合物为主;X65鉴定烷烃25种,霍烷类15种,烯烃2种,环烷烃1种,饱和脂肪酸16种,不饱和脂肪酸9种。X20鉴定烷烃24种,霍烷类14种,烯烃2种,甾烷类4种,环烷烃14种,饱和脂肪酸12种,不饱和脂肪酸5种,仲胺1种。
Fermentation broths of endophytic fungi X65 and X20 of Camptothecin were extracted with chloroform: methanol (4: 1, volume ratio) and their nonpolar and polar fractions were analyzed by GC-MS. The results showed that 88 kinds of volatile chemical constituents were identified from the above fermentation strains. Among them, 60 kinds of nonpolar fractions were mainly alkanes (25 species) and hopanes (15 species), with the same composition of 33 species. 28 kinds of polar fractions, 15 kinds of saturated fatty acids, 11 kinds of unsaturated fatty acids, 15 kinds of common components. The polar fraction of strain X65 was dominated by saturated fatty acids, while strain X20 was dominated by unsaturated fatty acid compounds. X65 identified 25 alkanes, 15 hopanes, 2 olefins, 1 naphthene, saturated fatty acid 16 Species, 9 kinds of unsaturated fatty acids. X20 identified 24 kinds of alkanes, 14 kinds of hopanes, 2 kinds of olefins, 4 kinds of steranes, 14 kinds of cycloalkanes, 12 kinds of saturated fatty acids, 5 kinds of unsaturated fatty acids and 1 kind of secondary amine.
