以室内车辙试验作为基本试验方法并首次引入综合稳定指数C作为评价指标就PE-Y改性沥青混合料高温稳定性进行了深入研究。试验结果表明:掺加PE-Y抗车辙剂后,对提高紧密骨架密实结构沥青混合料的高温稳定性作用效果显著,SK90基质沥青的自身品质及其与PE-Y抗车辙剂的搭配组合效果最好。PE-Y变形体的加筋嵌挤、胶黏作用对提高混合料的高温稳定性效果十分显著,即便在很高的温度条件下,PE-Y变形体交织搭桥形成的空间网络结构仍然能够发挥作用;而且能够降低沥青混合料的水敏感性,使得混合料在荷载、高温和水耦合作用的严酷条件下,仍然能够具有较强的抵抗永久变形的能力。
The indoor rutting test was taken as the basic test method and the comprehensive stability index C was introduced for the first time as the evaluation index to study the high temperature stability of PE-Y modified asphalt mixture. The test results show that the effect of improving the high temperature stability of dense compact asphalt mixture is remarkable when the PE-Y anti-rutting agent is added. The self-quality of SK90 asphalt and its combined effect with PE-Y anti-rutting agent the best. Reinforced embedding and gluing effect of PE-Y deformable body is very significant to improve the high temperature stability of the mixture. Even at high temperature, the spatial network structure formed by intertwining PE-Y deformable body can still play a role But also can reduce the water sensitivity of the asphalt mixture so that the mixture can still have strong resistance to permanent deformation under the harsh conditions of the coupling of the load, the high temperature and the water.
