测定钢铁中的铜,主要使用硫化物沉淀电解重量法、硫代硫酸钠重量法、EDTA容量法、比色法、经典极谱法、离子选择电极法、阳极溶出伏安法等。但是,这些方法有的需要经过繁琐的分离手续,或者需要特殊试剂,因此在某些情况下难于使用。本文在对铜——硫氰酸根络合物在卧汞电极上的行为进行探讨的基础上,提出以O.24N硫酸+0.08%硫氰酸钾+0.8%盐酸羟胺为支持电解质,在卧汞电极上,以阴极溶出伏安法直接测定钢铁中铜含量的新方法。本法不需分离,不用特殊试剂,测定灵敏度高,适应范围广,方法简单,是测定钢铁中铜含量,尤其是铬含量较高的合金钢中铜含量测定的一种好方法。
