一、概述 钢材结构是指一个国家或地区各类钢材在钢材总量中的比例,它是国家部署钢铁工业的主要依据,并指导年度钢材的进出口,直接影响国民经济各行各业的发展。合理的钢材结构对于促进国民经济建设、提高人民生活水平具有重要意义;反之,产销不对路的产品一方面消耗了短线产品生产所必需的原材料、浪费人力、物力;另一方面造成大量流动资金被占用,往往使企业生产处于被动局面。
