鉴于钢管T形相贯节点中弦杆为圆管、腹杆为方管或矩形管的节点(主圆支方节点)极限承载力计算公式的合理形式还未建立,利用基于塑性铰线的极限分析模型来估算这类节点腹杆受轴压荷载下的承载力。针对弦杆钢管表面为曲面的特点,构想了一种机构模型,建立了相应的数学描述,并采用数值方法讨论了不同几何参数对节点轴压极限承载力的影响。同时,采用弹塑性有限元数值计算的比较,验证了建立模型的适用性。研究表明,塑性铰线模型理论对主圆支方T形节点的计算有较好的准确性,相较有限元分析可以快速地得到承载力估计值。

The influence of different geometric parameters on the ultimate bearing capacity of the nodal axial compression was discussed. At the same time, the comparison of numerical calculation of elasto-plastic finite element method has verified the applicability of the model. The research shows that the plastic hinge model theory has a good accuracy for the calculation of the T-shaped nodes of the main circular branch, and the estimated value of the bearing capacity can be obtained quickly compared with the finite element analysis.
