Objective To evaluate the monitoring effect of the province’s acute hepatitis B (hepatitis B) data to provide evidence for further monitoring of acute hepatitis B in the province. Methods Acute hepatitis B surveillance was carried out in urban and rural disease surveillance counties. All the cases that failed to be diagnosed as chronic hepatitis B were investigated by field survey and laboratory verification to confirm the final classification. Epidemiological methods combined with conventional immunization of hepatitis B vaccine Inoculation data analysis before and after monitoring of statutory hepatitis B reported data. Results Before and after the monitoring was carried out from 2010 to 2015, the whole vaccination rate of hepatitis B vaccine in the whole province and monitoring counties maintained a relatively high level. The proportion of acute cases in hepatitis B cases in monitoring counties dropped from 9.80% to 4.14%, down by 57.86% The rate of decrease in monitoring counties was much higher than that in urban counties, the province increased from 4.80% to 6.43%, an increase of 33.96%; before the monitoring, the incidence of acute hepatitis B in monitoring counties was higher than that in the province, Level. Conclusion By strengthening case surveillance, the composition of hepatitis B in the disease monitoring counties has changed. The incidence of acute hepatitis B is reported to be lower than the provincial average, which suggests that the incidence of acute hepatitis B in the province may be higher than the actual level , There is a need to further strengthen the province-wide surveillance of hepatitis B cases.
