热沉是空间环境模拟真空热试验设备的重要组成部分,其功能是为航天器进行真空热试验提供冷黑环境。在国内以往的空间环境模拟试验设备中,热沉多采用铝结构、铜结构或不锈钢-铜翅片结构。不锈钢热沉是新型的热沉结构形式,具有良好的真空低温性能。文章对不锈钢板式热沉的结构和加工工艺进行了研究探索,在经过大量焊接加工与试验分析的基础上,总结出一套不锈钢热沉的加工工艺技术。
Heat sink is an important part of the space environment simulation vacuum thermal test equipment, its function is to provide spacecraft thermal black vacuum environment. In the past space environment simulation test equipment, heat sink and more use of aluminum, copper or stainless steel - copper fin structure. Stainless steel heat sink is a new heat sink structure, with good vacuum low temperature performance. In this paper, the structure and processing technology of stainless steel plate heat sink are studied and explored. Based on a large number of welding and experimental analysis, a set of stainless steel heat sink processing technology is summarized.
