目的:探讨二氧化碳激光治疗联合5-氟尿嘧啶对扁平疣的疗效。方法:选择2012年2月~2015年9月在我院进行诊治的扁平疣患者121例,男62例,女59例,其中观察组61例给予二氧化碳激光联合5-氟尿嘧啶注射液治疗,对照组60例给予二氧化碳激光治疗,比较两组的疗效,T淋巴细胞亚群,复发率及不良反应。结果:观察组总有效率为98.36%,明显高于对照组91.67%(P<0.05);经治疗后,两组治疗后的CD4+、CD8+和CD4+/CD8+均较治疗前有显著性差异(P<0.05);与对照组相比,观察组治疗后的CD4+和CD4+/CD8+明显升高,CD8+明显降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的复发率为5.88%,明显低于对照组的15.00%(P<0.05);两组的不良反应发生情况无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:二氧化碳激光治疗联合5-氟尿嘧啶对扁平疣疗效显著,可明显提高患者免疫功能,降低扁平疣的复发率,值得临床应用推广。
Objective: To investigate the efficacy of carbon dioxide laser combined with 5-fluorouracil on flat warts. Methods: Totally 121 patients with flat wart who were treated in our hospital from February 2012 to September 2015 were selected, including 62 males and 59 females. Among them, 61 cases were treated with carbon dioxide laser combined with 5-fluorouracil injection and the control group 60 cases given carbon dioxide laser treatment, the efficacy of two groups were compared, T lymphocyte subsets, recurrence rate and adverse reactions. Results: The total effective rate in the observation group was 98.36%, which was significantly higher than that in the control group (91.67%, P <0.05). Conclusion: CO2 laser treatment combined with 5-Fluorouracil has a significant effect on flat warts, which can significantly improve immune function and reduce the recurrence rate of flat warts, which deserves promotion in clinical application.
