中国电子学会第五届学术工作委员会第一次全会于3月27 30日在杭州电子工业学院召开。参加会议的有来自全国各单位、部门的委员及代表近50人。学会理事长孙俊人参加了会议并作了重要讲话。会上讨论了《中国电子学会学术会议组织管理细则》、《学术工作委员会工作条例》;讨论通过了中国电子学会1993年度重点活动计划,评选出了1992年受奖论文46篇和优秀论文集。会议还就学术活动的方向、指导思想、重点内容等进行了深入的讨论。会议还安排了一天的时间,进行了学术交流。每位委员都结合自己的专业,就技术发展 The first plenary session of the 5th Academic Committee of China Institute of Electronics was held on March 27 th, 2003 at Hangzhou Institute of Electronic Industry. There were nearly 50 members and representatives from all units and departments in the country participating in the conference. Sun Jun, chairman of the Institute, attended the meeting and made an important speech. The meeting discussed the “China Institute of Electronics Conference Organization Management Rules”, “Academic Working Committee Working Regulations”; discussed and adopted the China Institute of Electronics key activities in 1993 plan, selected in 1992, 46 papers and outstanding essays.
