1前言汽车企业生产物流的优化一方面可以提升企业的生产效率,另一方面可以实现企业对产品质量的实时监督,同时还可以对其业务流程进行不断改进。上汽通用五菱柳州基地从企业生产物流环节入手,对企业的业务流程、基础设施及信息管理等环节进行了优化管理,降低了企业的物流成本,保障了企业在激烈的市场竞争中的核心竞争力,更重要的是带动了柳州当地经济的快速发展,对其它地区区域经济的健康发展也有很重要的借鉴意义。
