本文通过对企业社会责任影响因素、决策过程的分析探讨。提出企业社会责任构建的多层次综合推进机制:政府层面创造良好环境提供优质服务:企业层面提升盈利能力增强责任意识;社会层面培育道德风尚加强监督评价。
This paper analyzes the influencing factors of corporate social responsibility and decision-making process. Put forward a multi-level and comprehensive promotion mechanism of corporate social responsibility construction: create a good environment at the government level and provide quality services: corporate level to enhance profitability and enhance responsibility awareness; social level to cultivate morality and strengthen supervision and evaluation.
