物业管理服务条例今年香港物业管理行业最重要的事件,便是在五月立法会通过了“物业管理服务条例”。该条例对物业管理企业和物业管理从业员有着深远的影响。香港特区政府将根据条例成立物业管理监管局。监管局设主席及委员,全部由特区首长委任,并设行政总裁、纪律委员会、上诉委员团、上诉审裁小组。主要工作是规管发牌事宜,包括:发牌给物业管理企业及物业管理从业员,处理投诉及违规事宜及推动物管行业的发展。
Property Management Services Ordinance The most important event in the property management industry in Hong Kong this year was the passage of the Property Management Services Ordinance by the Legislative Council in May. The regulations have far-reaching implications for property management companies and property management practitioners. The HKSAR government will set up the Property Management Authority under the Ordinance. The EAA has chairpersons and members, all of whom are appointed by the chief executive of the SAR. They also have chief executive officers, disciplinary boards, appeal panel boards and appeals tribunals. The main task is to regulate the licensing issues, including licensing property management companies and property management practitioners, handling complaints and irregularities, and promoting the development of the property management industry.
