随着翻译研究的深入发展,许多译者根据自己的实际经验谈论各自的翻译策略、目的以及对译本读者的考虑,而真正意义上的翻译主体研究只经历了百余年的历史。译者在翻译过程中的主观能动作用逐渐凸显,翻译主体也随之成为翻译研究的热点课题。本文旨在通过分析英文电影片名的汉译过程来揭示翻译主体的能动性及其作用,指出可能存在的误区并给出几点建议。
With the deepening of translation studies, many translators talk about their own translation strategies, aims and considerations for readers of translations based on their own practical experience. However, the studies of translational subjects in the true sense have only gone through more than 100 years of history. The translator’s subjective and active role in the process of translation gradually highlights, and the subject of transla- tion also becomes a hot topic in translation studies. The purpose of this paper is to reveal the motivation and its function of the main body of translation by analyzing the process of the translation of English movie titles, pointing out the possible errors and giving some suggestions.
