目的:观察不同演进过程食管组织中DNA聚合酶β(polβ)mRNA的表达。方法:采用含有内对照的半定量RT-PCR方法,检测31例食管浸润癌(鳞癌27例,腺癌4例)、4例原位癌、6例不典型增生以及31例正常食管黏膜组织中polβmRNA的表达。结果:食管浸润癌、原位癌和不典型增生组织中polβmRNA的表达水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但均高于正常食管黏膜组织中的表达水平(P均<0.05)。食管鳞癌和腺癌组织中polβmR-NA表达水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结果:在食管癌组织中存在着polβ的高表达,且发生于癌变早期。
Objective: To observe the expression of DNA polymerase β (polβ) mRNA in esophageal tissues under different evolutionary stages. Methods: 31 cases of esophageal invasive carcinoma (27 cases of squamous cell carcinoma, 4 cases of adenocarcinoma), 4 cases of carcinoma in situ, 6 cases of atypical hyperplasia and 31 cases of normal esophageal mucosa were detected by semi-quantitative RT-PCR with internal control. Polβ mRNA expression. Results: The expression levels of polβmRNA in esophageal carcinoma, carcinoma in situ and atypical hyperplasia tissues were not statistically different (P> 0.05), but both were higher than those in normal esophageal mucosa (all P <0.05). There was no significant difference in polβmR-NA expression between esophageal squamous cell carcinoma and adenocarcinoma (P> 0.05). Results: There was overexpression of polβin esophageal cancer tissues and occurred in the early stage of carcinogenesis.
