病例组B/A为(1.59±0.47),对照组B/A为(0.80±0.28),差异有统计学意义(t=474.537,P=0.000)。
Objective To explore the relationship between bilirubin encephalopathy and serum bilirubin / plasma albumin ratio (B / A). Methods The children with hyperbilirubinemia hospitalized in our hospital from November 2008 to October 2009 were retrospectively divided into two groups: bilirubin encephalopathy group (case group) and nonbilirubin encephalopathy group (control group) , The relationship between serum bilirubin, serum albumin and B / A and other factors during hospitalization were statistically analyzed. Results Totally 2253 children with hyperbilirubinemia were collected, 88 of them diagnosed bilirubin encephalopathy. B / A was (1.59 ± 0.47) in case group and (0.80 ± 0.28) in control group, the difference was statistically significant (t = 474.537, P = 0.000). The Bilirubin encephalopathy rates were 0.5%, 12.9%, 69.2% when the ratio of B / A was 0 ~ 1.0,1.1 ~ 2.0,2.1 ~ 3.0. Conclusions The occurrence of bilirubin encephalopathy is related to the B / A ratio. The higher the B / A, the greater the risk of bilirubin encephalopathy.
