目的探究高压氧对脑肿瘤和脑动脉瘤术后康复的临床疗效。方法选取98例脑肿瘤和脑动脉瘤术后患者作为实验对象,均为2014-07-2015-07齐齐哈尔医学院收治,为了保证实验结果的公平性和公正性原则,将按照治疗方法的不同,均分为对照组(常规药物治疗)和观察组(高压氧治疗),每组各49例,对其的进行临床疗效展开探讨。结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率为95.92%,对照组患者的治疗总有效率为77.55%,观察组显著高于对照组,P<0.05。从治疗前后两组患者的FMA、ADL评分对比,治疗前,观察组和对照组差异无统计学意义,P>0.05;治疗后,观察组较治疗前差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。观察组和对照组的评分对比差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论临床将高压氧应用于脑肿瘤、脑动脉瘤术后康复治疗中,相比常规治疗方案而言,疗效显著,能够减少患者神经功能缺损评分,且对于保障患者远期生存质量有积极的作用,所以,在临床有推广和普及的价值。
Objective To investigate the clinical effects of hyperbaric oxygen on postoperative recovery of brain tumors and cerebral aneurysms. Methods A total of 98 patients with brain tumors and cerebral aneurysms were enrolled as experimental subjects, all of whom were admitted to Qiqihar Medical College from July 2014 to May 2015. In order to ensure the fairness and fairness of the experimental results, according to the different treatment methods, All were divided into control group (conventional drug treatment) and observation group (hyperbaric oxygen treatment), 49 cases in each group, and their clinical efficacy were explored. Conclusions The clinical application of hyperbaric oxygen in brain tumor and postoperative rehabilitation of cerebral aneurysm has significant curative effect compared with conventional treatment, which can reduce the score of neurological deficit and has a positive effect on long-term quality of life of patients , So, in the clinical promotion and popularization of the value.
