随着高等教育的蓬勃发展,高职院校教育资源建设与共享已经成许多高职院校的重要任务。但由于教育资源信息繁杂、校际之间缺乏沟通合作、人力财力重复浪费,教学资源库难以有效利用,问题不断出现。本文试从高职院校的教学资源整合、资源管理、教学方法、教学理念等等方面阐述高职院校教学资源共享的现状,希望能对现实工作提供借鉴与指导。
With the vigorous development of higher education, the construction and sharing of educational resources in higher vocational colleges have become an important task of many higher vocational colleges. However, due to the complicated educational resources and the lack of communication and cooperation among schools, human and financial resources are wasted and wasted, teaching resources are difficult to be effectively utilized and problems continue to emerge. This paper tries to explain the current situation of teaching resources sharing in vocational colleges from the aspects of the integration of teaching resources, resources management, teaching methods and teaching concepts in higher vocational colleges. It is hoped that this can provide reference and guidance for the practical work.
