天山北坡鲜食葡萄“厂”字型整形技术对品质的影响

以“红地球”、“克瑞森”、“弗雷”等葡萄品种为试材,探讨了“厂”字型整形技术对葡萄产量和品质的影响,旨在寻找适合葡萄生长发育的整形技术,为天山北坡葡萄产业提质增效提供理论依据。结果表明:采用“厂”字型整形技术对葡萄品质有显著增益效果,可溶性固形物较对照增加1~3个百分点;果穗重较对照增加30~45个百分点。综上所述,应用“厂”字型整形技术对葡萄品质具有显著效果。 The effects of “” shape shaping technology on the yield and quality of grape were studied with grapes such as “Red Earth”, “Kerrison” and “Frey” Looking for suitable plastic growth and development of plastic technology, grape industry on the northern slope of Tianshan provide quality improvement and efficiency to provide a theoretical basis. The results showed that the quality improvement of grapes was achieved by adopting “” “” shape shaping technology, soluble solids increased by 1 ~ 3 percentage points compared with the control, and ear weight increased by 30 ~ 45 percentage points compared with the control.
