】高铬锰钛铸铁是在高铬钼铸铁的基础上,以锰代钼,并用钛和稀土对高铬白口铁水进行变质处理,而研制得到的一种新颖耐磨材料。本文通过淬火和回火温度的变化对高铬锰钛铸铁组织、硬度、性能的影响进行了试验研究,得出高铬锰钛铸铁在淬火及回火过程中组织和硬度变化规律,为合理制订热处理工艺提供了依据
】 High-Cr-Mn-Ti cast iron is a novel wear-resistant material developed on the basis of high-Cr-Mo cast iron with Mn-Mo and titanium and rare earth. In this paper, the influence of quenching and tempering temperature on microstructure, hardness and performance of high Cr-Mn-Ti cast iron was studied. The variation of microstructure and hardness of high Cr-Mn-Ti cast iron during quenching and tempering was obtained. Heat treatment provides the basis for the process
