为了实现对某随动控制系统的输入、输出值进行准确可靠的测量,研制了一套测量精度高、硬件利用率高的随动控制系统检查仪系统。以多功能数据采集卡、PWM信号卡、LVDS采集卡、稳压直流电源为硬件框架,以Lab VIEW为软件平台进行系统开发,测试软件实现了IO信号、差分信号、PWM信号、LVDS信号的单通道手动测量以及一键自动测量。经过实验验证,该平台的数据采集的电压分辨率达到±0.01V。实验结果表明:开发的随动控制组件虚拟平台装置准确可靠。
In order to realize accurate and reliable measurement of input and output value of a servo control system, a set of follow-up control system tester system with high measurement accuracy and high hardware utilization rate was developed. Multi-functional data acquisition card, PWM signal card, LVDS acquisition card, DC power supply for the hardware framework to LabVIEW software platform for system development, test software to achieve the IO signal, differential signal, PWM signal, LVDS signal single Channel manual measurement and one-button automatic measurement. After experimental verification, the platform’s data acquisition voltage resolution up to ± 0.01V. The experimental results show that the developed virtual platform device of servo control module is accurate and reliable.
