20 0 0年 3月 30日 ,二院副院长、型号总指挥金其明在二院召开的质量标准化工作会上就标准化工作的有关问题谈了一些看法。金总结合航天型号研制 ,对航天标准化工作面临的形势和存在的问题进行了中肯的分析 ,并对如何正确认识和发挥标准化的作用提出了一些建议。本刊将其讲话经整理登载于此 ,目的是引起航天系统各级领导、广大科技人员和标准化人员深入思考 ,认真学习和贯彻落实。
March 30, 2003, vice president of the Second Hospital, Jin Qiming, director of the model, held a meeting on quality standardization at the second hospital to talk about some questions about standardization. Kim summed up the development of aerospace models, conducted a fair analysis of the situations and problems existing in the standardization of aerospace and put forward some suggestions on how to correctly understand and play the role of standardization. The magazine put its speech collated here, the purpose is to cause space system leadership at all levels, the majority of scientific and technological personnel and standardization personnel in-depth thinking, study and implement conscientiously.
