在氯碱行业,存在着氯与碱的不平衡问题。利用Deacon反应可将生产过程中过剩的HCl氧化为氯气,以解决Cl_2紧缺的问题。既保护了环境,又提高了氯原子的利用率。在列管式固定床反应器中进行了千吨级中试实验,测得了HCl的出口转化率。根据中试实验数据,建立了相应的Deacon反应列管式固定床反应器一维拟均相数学模型。
In the chlor-alkali industry, there is an imbalance between chlorine and alkali. The Deacon reaction can be used to oxidize excess HC1 in the production process to chlorine to solve the problem of shortage of Cl2. Not only protect the environment, but also improve the utilization of chlorine atoms. Thousand-tonne pilot-scale experiments were carried out in an in-line fixed-bed reactor and the exit conversion of HCl was measured. According to the experimental data, a one-dimensional quasi-homogeneous pseudo-homogeneous mathematical model of Deacon reaction tube fixed bed reactor was established.
