一、建立林区气象观测站的必要性气象要素的观测资料是气象工作的基础,也是林业生产和科学研究上不可缺少的基本资料。由于森林环境条件复杂,且分布在人烟稀少的边远山区,距气象台(站)远,气象资料满足不了林业生产和科研的需要,因此,常需要在林区设立必要的气象观测站(哨),进行一些基本气象要素的观测。现将林区建立气象站(哨)的有关常识介绍于后。
