水库在水利建设中占有重要的地位,是我国防御江河洪水、发展农业的关键性基础设施,同时它还担负着为城市提供生活用水的重要职责。然而水库的状况却不容乐观,很多水库存在病险问题,对其进行除险加固就显得尤为重要。国家对水利工程的建设向来极为重视,除了对防洪工程的堤防建设、对大中型水库的建设进行了较大幅度的投资外又开展了对现有中小型水库进行除险加固工作,保证水库充分发挥其应有的作用。本文对水库出现病害的原因进行了分析并简要论述了水库的除险加固措施,希望能对广大水利工作者有所帮助。
Reservoir occupies an important position in water conservancy construction. It is the key infrastructure for preventing floods and developing agriculture in our country. At the same time, it also plays an important role in providing domestic water for the city. However, the status of reservoirs is not optimistic. Many reservoirs are in danger of becoming dangerous and it is especially important to reinforce them. The state has always attached great importance to the construction of water conservancy projects. In addition to making a substantial investment in the construction of large and medium-sized reservoirs for flood control projects, it has carried out risk elimination and reinforcement work on existing small and medium-sized reservoirs to ensure that reservoirs are fully Play its due role. This paper analyzes the causes of the disease in reservoirs and briefly discusses the measures to eliminate and reinforce the reservoirs. It is hoped that it will be helpful to the majority of water conservancy workers.
