黑龙江概况黑龙江省位于祖国的东北部,是我国位置最北、纬度最高的省份。省区界线东起乌苏里江与黑龙江汇合处,西至大兴安岭北部的大林河源头,东西最长相距930公里;北起漠河以北的黑龙江主航道,南至东宁县南端,南北最长距离为1120公里。地域辽阔,北部和东部隔黑龙江、乌苏里江与俄罗斯相望。北部的夏至前后可以看见北极光,东部的乌苏里镇是祖国最早升起太阳的地方;
