研制了新型三元 SO2 -4 / Fe2 O3- Zr O2 - Si O2 固体酸催化剂并用于催化乙酸 /丁醇酯化反应 ;考察了制备方法、Fe,Zr摩尔比、Si原子百分含量、沉淀 p H值、陈化时间、预焙烧温度、浸渍液 H2 SO4溶液浓度、焙烧温度、焙烧气氛等对催化性能的影响。实验结果表明 ,使用 Si含量为 2 % ,mol Fe∶ mol Zr=0 .2 5由共沉淀 -浸渍法在氧气气氛中制得的该类催化剂 ,乙酸的转化率、乙酸丁酯收率、生成乙酸丁酯的选择性可分别达到 97.1 5 % ,93.2 6 %和 96 .0 0 % ;该催化剂中各成分主要以无定形状态存在 ,比表面积较大 ;SO2 -4 可能是活性组分之一。
A new ternary SO2-4 / Fe2O3-ZrO2-Si O2 solid acid catalyst was developed and used to catalyze the esterification of acetic acid / butanol. The preparation methods, Fe, Zr molar ratio, Si atomic percent, precipitation p H value, aging time, pre-calcination temperature, concentration of H2 SO4 solution, calcination temperature and calcination atmosphere on the catalytic performance. The experimental results show that the use of such a catalyst prepared by co-precipitation-impregnation in an oxygen atmosphere with a Si content of 2%, mol Fe: mol Zr = 0.25, conversion of acetic acid, yield of butyl acetate, The selectivity of butyl acetate can reach 97.1 5%, 93.2 6% and 96.0% respectively. The main components of the catalyst exist in amorphous state and the specific surface area is relatively large. SO2 -4 may be one of the active components .
