通过对掘进机零件切割引入引出缺陷产生原因与缺陷尺寸的分析,在编程过程中引入了留割的工艺手段,根据不同设备的精度、割缝等特性,并分析缺陷控制方法,在确定各参数的条件下,通过基础数据实验,选择出最合理的切割工艺参数,为杜绝零件下料缺陷提供了重要依据.
