高分辨能力、高精度微光点阴极射线管的研制关键,在于高精度高分辨能力的电子枪的设计和研制。木文着重介绍了:1.利用玻壳内壁的导电涂层构成的大孔径、小球差的玻壳主聚焦透镜的设计原理;2.玻壳主透镜在工艺实现中的特殊困难——玻壳炸裂和轴上象散;3.玻壳真空精密成形工艺如何较好地实现了玻壳主透镜的高精度和高强度、最后给出了测试结果。
