农村中小学的体育教育是一项非常重要的基础性工作.农村中小学体育教育质量的高低直接影响着学生综合素质的高低.其中,农村中小学体育教学质量还与体育教师专业素质的高低有着直接的联系.国家近些年来也一直强调要不断加强农村中小学体育教师的继续教育力度.自从实施体育教师继续教育以来,体育教师的专业素质得到了明显的提高.对此本文将主要针对鄂东地区农村中小学体育教师继续教育的现状进行分析阐述.
