多数人都面临过做管理还是做业务的选择。很多人都想在管理上有所尝试,有的人进入了管理通道,但发展并不顺利。企业为了扩张发展而绞尽脑汁、不惜代价地培养管理者,可他们面临的最大困惑是,芸芸众生谁更有管理的潜力呢?本人从事人才评价工作三十年,可以说阅人无数,其中不乏优秀杰出的管理者,也有表现一般的管理者,还有一些不合格的管理者。我一直在观察和总结,如何判断一个人是否具有管理的潜力?
