25年多来,在X波段及其以上波段的战术机载雷达系统中采用有源电子扫描阵列(AESA)天线,以提高其性能和可靠性,一直抱有希望。最新的技术发展表明,在这方面的技术已经成熟,可望用在90年代的生产型机载雷达中。用于AESA系统的单片微波集成电路(MMIC)技术,在系统效率的提高和生产成本的降低等方面已进入最后阶段,从而使得AESA技术成为今后研制多功能雷达的优选技术。
Over 25 years, it has been promising to adopt an active electronically scanned array (AESA) antenna for tactical airborne radar systems in the X-band and beyond to improve its performance and reliability. The latest technological developments show that the technologies in this area are mature and are expected to be used in production-type airborne radars in the 1990s. The monolithic microwave integrated circuit (MMIC) technology used in the AESA system has entered the final stage in terms of the improvement of system efficiency and the reduction of the production cost, thereby making AESA technology the preferred technology for developing a multi-function radar in the future.
