为了贯彻科技为经济建设服务的方针,上海市有色金属学会重加工专业委员会和上海市有色金属总公司技术处于今年二月二十八日在上海第一铜棒厂联合召开了铜和铜合金熔铸座谈会。学会副理事长兼秘书长葛正德、总公司技术处副处长姚起萃和专业委员会正副主任杜贤增、龚寿鹏等与七个厂的有关工程技术人员就当前熔铸方面存在的主要问题,例如普遍反映的炉龄短,电耗高,铸锭成品率低,质量事故多,与“优质、低耗、高效”的目标相差很远等问题进行了详细的讨论。通过分析,认为问题原因有三:一是各厂技术装备差,基本上停留在六十年代末、七十年代初的水平上。近年来,对熔铸设备和技术从未进行过认真的国外考察和引
