患者于2年前曾因前纵隔肿物地在我院手术摘除,术后病理诊断为“胸腺脂肪瘤”。术中经过顺利,出院后一年许,又再次出现胸闷等症状,约十个月后又来我院就诊。第二次入院检查:查体左肺呼吸音较弱,x线显示纵隔有一个边缘光滑,有完整包膜约6×12×13cm~3大小的肿块。经检查无全麻和手术禁忌症,行肿瘤摘除术。病理检查:第二次切除之肿物为椭园形,大小为6×12×13cm~3,重510克。有假包膜,质软,淡黄色伴有坚韧的灰白色区域。镜下见:有
The patient had been surgically removed in our hospital 2 years ago because of anterior mediastinal mass. His pathological diagnosis was “thymic lipoma.” After the surgery was successful, one year after discharge, symptoms such as chest tightness occurred again. After about ten months, he came to our hospital again. The second admission examination: the lungs had a weaker breath sound, and the x-ray showed that the mediastinum had a smooth edge with a mass of about 6×12×13 cm~3. After examination, there was no general anesthesia and surgical contraindications. The tumor was removed. Pathological examination: The second resection of the mass was oval-shaped, measuring 6x12x13cm~3 and weighing 510 g. Fake envelope, soft, pale yellow with tough gray areas.
