2月份的一场大雪已过二十多天了,编辑部同仁们对这次大雪后出现的一些现象进行了认真的观察和分析,最终认为公民的公共意识缺失是问题的结症所在。问题虽然不是很大,但它折射出呼和浩特人的精神残缺的一面。今年是我区成立60周年,在这具有纪念性年份里,这种精神面貌怎么能搞好迎接大庆各项工作呢?我们又怎么能够以满腔热情、周到的服务迎接八方来客呢?急迫之余本刊特意组织了三篇短评,对问题进一步反思,以唤起人们的公共意识,希望人们能够提高主人翁意识,积极参与各项公义活动,为60大庆添彩、为首府争光。
A heavy snowfall in February passed more than 20 days. Our colleagues in the editorial department carefully observed and analyzed some phenomena that occurred after the heavy snowfall and concluded that the public’s lack of public awareness is the crux of the problem. Although the problem is not great, it reflects the spiritual incompleteness of Hohhot. This year is the 60th anniversary of the founding of our district. In this commemorative year, how can this spirit be done well to meet the various tasks in Daqing? How can we welcome all visitors with warmth and considerate service? The magazine deliberately organized three short reviews, to further reflect on the issue in order to arouse people’s public awareness and hope that people can raise their sense of ownership, and actively participate in various righteous activities, for the 60 Daqing luster, win glory for the capital.
