目的:探讨能谱CT小剂量对比剂团注试验法在肺动脉CT血管造影术(CTA)成像中的应用。方法:抽取佛山市三水区人民医院收治的88例怀疑肺动脉栓塞的患者,采取随机抽样法将其分为观察组与对照组各44例,对照组使用常规剂量对比剂智能动态跟踪技术,观察组使用能谱CT小剂量对比剂团注试验法与最佳对比噪声比技术,对比两组肺动脉主干、左右肺动脉干测量的CT值。结果:观察组的肺动脉主干、左肺动脉干CT值、右肺动脉干CT值等明显要比对照组显著,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。其中观察组的图像质量评分(4.78±0.87)分,与对照组的(3.65±0.45)分相比观察组的数据对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对怀疑肺动脉栓塞的患者使用能谱CT小剂量对比剂团注试验法,可以显著提高肺动脉CTA图像质量。
Objective: To investigate the application of small dose CT contrast bolus injection in pulmonary CT angiography (CTA) imaging. Methods: A total of 88 patients with suspected pulmonary embolism who were admitted to Sanshui District People’s Hospital of Foshan City were enrolled and randomly divided into observation group (44 cases) and control group (44 cases). The control group was given conventional dynamic tracking of contrast agent Group using the energy spectrum of CT small dose contrast bolus test method and the best contrast noise ratio technology, comparing the two groups of pulmonary arteries, left and right pulmonary artery CT measurements. Results: The pulmonary artery trunk, CT value of the left pulmonary artery and CT value of the right pulmonary artery in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group, with statistical significance (P <0.05). The image quality score of the observation group (4.78 ± 0.87) points, compared with the control group (3.65 ± 0.45) points in the observation group data comparison, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). CONCLUSIONS: Pulmonary arterial CTA image quality can be significantly improved in patients with suspected pulmonary embolism using the bolus injection of small doses of energy spectrum CT contrast agent.
