以colt、ZY-1、Gisela6 3种矮化砧木半木质化绿枝为插条,从不同激素种类及浓度、不同处理时间、不同扦插基质等多个方面进行了试验研究,结果表明,3种砧木中,colt、ZY-1扦插生根株率较高,采用0.01%NAA+0.01%IBA浸泡0.5h或者0.01%IBA浸泡2h,均可达到理想的扦插效,插后40d生根率达51%。扦插基质以珍珠岩+蛭石+草炭(1∶1∶1)或珍珠岩+草炭(1∶1)2种混合基质效果较好,生根情况明显优于单一基质。
Taking the semi-lignified green branches of three kinds of dwarfing rootstocks, colt, ZY-1 and Gisela6 as cuttings, the experiment was conducted on the aspects of different hormone types and concentrations, different treatment times and different cutting matrices. The results showed that three kinds Rootstocks, colt, ZY-1 cutting rooting rate is higher, with 0.01% NAA 0.01% IBA soaking 0.5h or 0.01% IBA soaking 2h, can achieve the ideal cutting effect, 40d after rooting rate of 51%. The matrix of the cutting medium is better with two mixed substrates of perlite + vermiculite + peat (1: 1: 1) or perlite + peat (1: 1), and the rooting is better than single substrate.
