为了消除用于评价电力网络规划方案的同类指标之间存在的关联性,提出一种基于Choquet容度积分的规划方案综合评价方法。首先利用Choquet容度的非可加测度特性对不可加的关联指标进行测度,然后应用Choquet积分求取综合评价结果以消除指标间的关联性。经济性评价容纳了不同决策者面对电力网络投资收益不确定时的风险态度/偏好,需要采用合适的效用函数来描述决策者的风险偏好,该文采用基于Choquet积分的风险溢价来度量决策者为消除风险愿意减少的回报量,然后将求得的已考虑风险偏好的决策者主观预期综合收益作为经济性指标的综合评价结果。针对经济性和可靠性评价指标,建立了电力网络规划方案评价决策表。算例结果表明,所提出的方法可以对电力网络规划方案进行合理评价。
In order to eliminate the relevancy between the similar indexes used in evaluating the power network planning scheme, a comprehensive evaluation method based on Choquet capacity integral scheme is proposed. Firstly, we use the non-additive measure of Choquet’s capacity to measure the non-additive correlation index, and then use the Choquet integral to get the comprehensive evaluation result to eliminate the association between the indicators. Economic evaluation accommodates risk attitude / preference of different decision makers in the face of uncertainty of return on investment in power network. Appropriate utility function needs to be used to describe risk preference of decision makers. The paper chooses risk premium based on Choquet integral to measure decision maker In order to eliminate the risk, it is willing to reduce the amount of return, and then use the obtained subjective expected comprehensive income of the decision-makers who have considered the risk preference as the comprehensive evaluation result of the economic index. Aiming at the evaluation index of economy and reliability, a decision table of power network planning is established. The results show that the proposed method can reasonably evaluate the power network planning scheme.
