商住小区环境对提升小区功能和品质起着非常重要的存在意义。本文指出了商住小区环境设计存在的典型问题,并对产生这些问题的原因进行深入分析,为商住小区环境设计提供依据。在市场经济良好形式下,城市化的发展进程不断加快,伴随着城市规模的不断扩大,商住小区合理的规划以及布局对于提升小区功能品位,为城市经济的发展起着非常重要的存在意义。庞杂的商住小区环境设计中,需要通过分析错综复杂的因素,寻找相应的规划设计以及建筑主体设计等策略,使建成后的环境宜商更宜居。
Residential environment for improving community function and quality plays a very important significance. This paper points out the typical problems in the design of commercial and residential environment and gives an in-depth analysis of the causes of these problems, which provides the basis for the environmental design of commercial and residential areas. With the development of market economy, the process of urbanization is accelerating. With the continuous expansion of urban area, the rational planning and layout of commercial and residential areas play an important role in promoting the development of urban economy. In the complex environment design of commercial and residential areas, it is necessary to find out the corresponding planning and design strategies such as the design of the main building by analyzing the intricacies and make the environment more livable after completion.
