麻醉机呼吸回路消毒方式对呼吸回路中病原菌污染的影响分析

目的探讨麻醉机呼吸回路两种消毒方式对管路中细菌的消毒效果,为麻醉机呼吸回路消毒选择提供参考。方法 2015年1月-7月对46台封闭式回路的麻醉机分别采用传统消毒和消毒机消毒方式,在消毒前、消毒后、消毒使用7d后对内部回路系统吸气口端、呼气口端、钠石灰罐出口、入口进行采样,细菌培养检测。结果传统消毒、消毒机消毒在消毒前麻醉机回路污染率为20.29%、18.84%;消毒后未检出细菌,污染率0.00%,使用7d后污染率为2.90%、2.17%,消毒前后不同时点比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);消毒前、消毒使用7d后呼气口端污染率最高,传统消毒为20.29%、2.90%,消毒机为18.84%、2.17%;消毒前标本培养出细菌137株,其中革兰阴性菌72株占52.55%、革兰阳性菌51株占37.23%、真菌14株占10.22%,消毒使用7d后标本培养出细菌13株,其中革兰阴性菌7株占53.85%、革兰阳性菌5株占38.46%、真菌1株占7.69%。结论采用传统及消毒机消毒对麻醉机呼吸回路进行消毒均能起到良好消毒作用,减少呼吸回路中细菌污染,在消毒前后回路中污染细菌中革兰阴性菌所占比例高于阳性菌。 Objective To investigate the disinfection effect of two kinds of disinfection ways of anesthesia machine breathing circuit on the bacteria in the pipeline, and provide references for the disinfection selection of the breathing circuit of anesthesia machine. Methods From January 2015 to July 2015, 46 closed circuit anesthesia machines were disinfected by traditional disinfection and disinfection machines respectively. Before disinfection and disinfection, after 7 days of disinfection, the air intake ports, exhalation ports End, sodium lime tank exit, the entrance for sampling, bacterial culture testing. Results The disinfection of disinfection and sterilizing machines was 20.29% and 18.84% respectively before disinfection. No bacteria were detected after disinfection and the contamination rate was 0.00%. After 7 days, the contamination rate was 2.90% and 2.17% The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Before disinfection, the contamination rate of exhalation port was the highest after disinfecting for 7 days, the traditional disinfection was 20.29% and 2.90%, the disinfection machine was 18.84% and 2.17% There were 137 strains of bacteria, of which, 72 strains of Gram-negative bacteria accounted for 52.55%, 51 strains of Gram-positive bacteria accounted for 37.23%, 14 strains of fungi accounted for 10.22%, 13 strains of bacteria were cultured after disinfection for 7 days, of which Gram-negative bacteria 7 Strains accounted for 53.85%, 5 strains of Gram-positive bacteria accounted for 38.46%, fungi 1 strain accounted for 7.69%. Conclusion Traditional and disinfection disinfection of anesthesia machine breathing circuit disinfection can play a good disinfection, to reduce bacterial contamination of the respiratory circuit, before and after disinfection of bacteria in the loop of gram-negative bacteria accounted for a higher proportion of positive bacteria.
