目的通过对北京市丰台区校医接种证查验能力的评估,探讨如何有效提升校医查验接种证的水平。方法通过丰台区各个预防保健科将调查问卷下发到所有校医,填写完成后再上交预防保健科,利用流行病学方法进行分析。结果共有856名卫生老师完成调查,校医对于接种证查验题目的正确解题率为60.13%,主观态度上89.25%的校医认为工作压力大,96.26%的校医不愿承担接种证查验工作,60.86%的校医认为造成以上情况的最主要原因是缺少培训。结论目前丰台区校医的接种证查验准确率比较低,根据造成此种工作局面的多种原因,各相关部门应及时采取相应措施,如加大培训力度,更新工作技术,增加政府投入等,完善该项工作。
Objective To evaluate how to check the ability of school-based vaccination certificate in Fengtai District of Beijing to explore how to effectively improve the level of school-based vaccination certificate. Methods Questionnaires were sent to all school doctors through various prevention and care departments in Fengtai District. After completion of the questionnaires, they were submitted to the Department of Preventive and Health Medicine and analyzed using epidemiological methods. Results A total of 856 health teachers completed the survey. The correct solution rate of school doctors to the vaccination card examination was 60.13%, 89.25% of the school doctors believed that the work pressure was high, 96.26% of the school doctors were unwilling to take the vaccination card examination, and 60.86% Of school doctors think that the most important reason for the above situation is the lack of training. Conclusion At present, the accuracy rate of vaccination certificates of school doctors in Fengtai District is relatively low. According to various reasons causing such work, all relevant departments should take appropriate measures in time, such as intensifying training, updating work skills, increasing government investment, improving The job.
