采用SC7750LW型红外热像仪采集了激光-电弧复合焊接高氮奥氏体不锈钢的熔池表面温度,通过Matlab数学软件建立了基于红外热像图的三维温度分布转换程序。研究了不同热输入条件下焊缝凝固速度与焊缝凝固模式的关系,并预测焊缝形成气孔倾向。研究了焊缝温度场与焊缝熔宽之间的相关性,获得了焊缝熔宽值与红外热图的关系,其熔宽计算值与实际值比较吻合。
The surface temperature of the molten pool of the laser-arc hybrid welding high-nitrogen austenitic stainless steel was collected by using the SC7750LW thermal imaging camera. Based on the mathematic software of Matlab, a three-dimensional temperature distribution conversion program based on infrared thermography was established. The relationship between the solidification rate of the weld and the solidification mode of the weld under different heat input conditions is studied and the tendency of stomatal formation in the weld is predicted. The relationship between the weld temperature field and the weld width is studied, and the relationship between the weld width and the infrared heat map is obtained. The calculation of the weld width is in good agreement with the actual value.
