目的:建立麻杏止咳片中盐酸麻黄碱、盐酸伪麻黄碱的含量测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法。Agilent TC-C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相为乙腈-0.1 mol/l磷酸二氢钾溶液(含0.1%三乙胺,磷酸调p H 3.0)(4.5∶95.5);检测波长为210 nm;流速为1.0 m L/min;进样量为10μL;柱温为35℃。结果:盐酸麻黄碱的进样量在0.02078~0.2078μg(r=0.9999)、盐酸伪麻黄碱进样量在0.02032~0.2032μg(r=0.9999)范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,平均加样回收率分别为100.13%(RSD=0.98%)、99.71%(RSD=0.92%)。结论:该方法操作简便、专属性强、灵敏度高、结果准确,可作为麻杏止咳片中盐酸麻黄碱及盐酸伪麻黄碱的含量测定方法。
Objective: To establish the method for determination of ephedrine hydrochloride and pseudoephedrine hydrochloride in Maxing cough tablets. Methods: Using high performance liquid chromatography. Agilent TC-C18 column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm); mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0.1 mol / l potassium dihydrogen phosphate solution containing 0.1% triethylamine and phosphorylated pH 3.0 (4.5: 95.5) The detection wavelength was 210 nm, the flow rate was 1.0 m L / min, the injection volume was 10 μL, and the column temperature was 35 ℃. Results: The injection volume of ephedrine hydrochloride was 0.02078 ~ 0.2078μg (r = 0.9999). The injected pseudoephedrine hydrochloride showed a good linear relationship with the peak area in the range of 0.02032 ~ 0.2032μg (r = 0.9999) Rates were 100.13% (RSD = 0.98%) and 99.71% (RSD = 0.92%), respectively. Conclusion: The method is simple, specific, sensitive and accurate. It can be used as a method for the determination of ephedrine hydrochloride and pseudoephedrine hydrochloride in Maxing cough tablets.
